Empowering employeesto make a difference

The Odyssey Group Foundation is committed to giving back to the communities in which Odyssey employees live and work. Since its inception 15 years ago, the Foundation and its business affiliates have pledged over $62 million to more than 450 charities around the world.

Our charitable distributions in 2021 totaled $4.7 million, which provided much needed resources to communities that were still suffering from the pandemic, as well as those affected by the multiple natural disasters that occurred across the globe. Of the $4.7 million, $2.5 million was directed to 110 organizations around the world as part of our biennial Employee Nomination Campaign. These recipients of this campaign are listed below.

Odyssey Group will continue to support organizations focused on disaster relief, cancer research, healthcare, human services and education via long-term grants as well as corporate and employee-matching donations. The Company has historically pledged 1% of its annual pre-tax earnings for charitable purposes. Effective in 2022, Odyssey is increasing its charitable contribution rate to 2% of annual pre-tax earnings.

Odyssey’s Employee Nomination Campaign is another example of our unique culture and spirit of giving. It is an incredible experience for an employee to distribute funds to a charity that is meaningful to them. We could not be more proud of this initiative.
